This is the 1 level of Freediving and it concerns both beginners and more experienced divers. The purpose of the program is for students to enrich their knowledge of freediving, the basic principles that govern it and above all everything about safety during their favorite activity. Perhaps the most popular program, as the content-rich theory along with the frequent sessions on the water piques students' interest.
